Two offices, one practice: Mount Clemens at 309 Northbound Gratiot Ave, and Port Huron at 1209 10th St, Suite A. Both are open Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Call the office closest to you, or request an appointment online and choose the office in the request.

For a post-operative problem, such as bleeding, high fever or pain, tell the receptionist at once and an examination will be scheduled as soon as possible.

Referring a patient to the practice
Fax the referral and records, and the schedulers take it from there. For anything time-sensitive, call the office directly, Mount Clemens at 586-463-5831 or Port Huron at 810-479-9236, and the patient will be worked in. The practice sees adults and children across ear, nose and throat care, facial plastic surgery and hearing services.
