How to arrange one
- Request or call. Request an appointment online, or call Mount Clemens at 586-463-5831 or Port Huron at 810-479-9236.
- Ask about video. Tell the office you would like a video visit. The office confirms whether video fits the reason you are scheduling.
- If video is not the fit, nothing is lost. The same request becomes a visit at the office of your choice.

What video suits, and what it cannot do
Some first conversations can happen by video: describing what is going on, deciding what kind of evaluation you need, and sorting out where to start.
The exam itself happens in person. Hearing evaluations, VNG balance testing, in-office procedures like ear wax removal, and anything requiring a physician’s hands or instruments happen at the Mount Clemens or Port Huron office. It is also not possible to practice consistently good medicine over the phone, or over video, without the benefit of a patient examination; the office will tell you plainly when a visit needs to be in person.
Preparation
Have ready, same as any visit
- A list of your symptoms, and when they started
- Any medications you are currently taking
- Any relevant medical history
- Questions you want answered, written down in advance
